Sreekumar Krishnan – Is an international award winning photographer and film maker, based out of Bangalore in India. He left the corporate world of advertising and marketing of 20 years to pursue photography professionally from 2013.
Over a span of 10 years he was quickly recognised and awarded across the world for his photography across different genres.
From having won gold at the International iPhone photography awards in 2019 for Sunsets (www.ippawards.com),to the prestigious International B&W awards consecutively from 2019 till date, his accolades spanned wild life photography, Portraits, Street and Fashion.
His works have been exhibited at the famous Kala Ghoda festival in Mumbai in 2023, and in an International HSBC Calendar and also was show cased digitally at the Louvre in France with “Indian Sunshine” featuring a flower worker smiling amidst a sunflower field.
Over the past 3 years he has been actively involved in highlighting and raising the awareness of the Navi Mumbai mangroves and wetlands through his photography and films.

A photo of Flamingo in Flamboyance was featured as Best of Sanctuary Asia 2024 recently.
‘The Window view – A Coexistence’, of flamingos flying in front of the NRI Seawoods building lake has been show cased in Jan 2025 in Abu Dhabi at the International Mangroves Conservation conference in Abu Dhabi 2025 and was amongst the winning Mangrove Photography awards .
Nature and wildlife photography has been close to his heart, while continuing to freelance in corporate & people photography.
Sreekumar has also been holding workshops in creative photography since 2013
From 1996, he has been exploring the True Light of Spirituality through Photography and has been teaching Meditation and deeper aspects of spirituality since 2006.
Spirituality is embedded in his photographic style and this differentiates him from others in the ability to touch and connect deeply at the divine level be it with humans or in nature.
